FAQ
1
1. Why is the online appointment schedule different from the printed "Outpatient Clinic Hours and Appointment Code List" from our hospital? According to the online schedule, the doctor listed for that day's outpatient clinic was different?
The printed "Outpatient Clinic Hours and Appointment Code List" is updated monthly. When there are changes in doctors and there isn't enough time to reprint the handbook, online information is updated immediately. Our hospital allows appointments to be made for outpatient visits up to two weeks in advance. The list of doctors may change periodically, and if it doesn't match the actual attending doctor, the doctor's name tag in the consultation room prevails. In cases where the scheduled doctor takes sudden leave, the department may arrange for another doctor to substitute.

2. Why is it that there are available online appointment slots, but when attempting to book, it shows that all slots are full?
The online appointment slots share the same availability as those at the physical counter. It's possible that someone else may have booked an appointment either online or at the counter around the same time you attempted to do so. Therefore, even if the online system initially shows available slots, they may become fully booked if another patient completes their booking before you. This results in the message "slots are full" appearing when you try to book online.

3. Why can't appointments be cancelled on the day of the appointment?
There are time constraints for cancelling scheduled appointments.
