＊Important Information for Medical Consultations

Same-day appointment slots for morning, afternoon, and evening clinics will open for registration at 6:00 PM the day before via the website, NTUH App, and telephone voice system. We encourage you to take advantage of these options.
On the day of your appointment, please arrive and check in by swiping your card at the clinic before the following times:
Morning session: before 11:30 AM
Afternoon session : before 4:30 PM
Evening session : before 7:30 PM
To cancel a same-day appointment, please do so by the following times:
Morning session : before 9:30 AM
Afternoon session : before 2:00 PM
Evening session : before 7:00 PM
First-time patients who have never visited our hospital must make an online appointment using their National ID number, Resident Certificate number, or Passport number. On the day of the appointment, please arrive before 11:00 AM (morning session), 4:00 PM (afternoon session), or 7:00 PM (evening session) and bring two valid IDs to complete check-in at the registration counter.

＊Friendly Reminder

If a patient fails to show up for an appointment without cancellation twice within six months, starting from the second missed appointment, they will only be allowed to register in person at the counter for the next three months. Online, App, and telephone registration will be temporarily suspended. After attending a new consultation, the count will reset.
If a message displays “Not Available ” after clicking a medical staff member’s name, you may try using the “Doctor’s All Clinic Hours” function to search for other available times.
Our hospital does not offer designated doctor services. For physician leave or absence, please check the online schedule for updates.
