Chest Medicine
The department of chest medicine at our hospital specializes mainly in lung cancer. We not only have advanced bronchoscopy equipment for diagnosis and interventional therapy but also specialize in targeted therapy, immunotherapy, and chemotherapy for lung cancer. In collaboration with National Taiwan University Hospital, we provide opportunity for patients to participate in clinical trials for lung cancer.
We also offer comprehensive services for the diagnosis and treatment of thoracic diseases, including asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, interstitial lung disease, and pulmonary infections. Additionally, we provide thoracic ultrasound examinations, pulmonary function tests, and intensive care and respiratory therapy to ensure that every patient receives the best medical care.
Gastroenterology
The Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at our hospital is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and clinical research for gastrointestinal, liver, biliary tract, and pancreatic diseases. Our services include early screening and risk assessment for gastrointestinal cancers including stomach and colorectal cancers, endoscopic treatments for early-stage cancers, management of chronic viral hepatitis and fatty liver disease, liver cancer ablation, and therapeutic endoscopy. Additionally, we specialize in treating complications associated with oncological and hematological diseases in the gastrointestinal system. We also actively promote preventive medicine and support national health policies, including cancer and hepatitis screenings, and contribute to develop national guidelines for managing Helicobacter pylori infections.

Infectious Disease

Scope of Practice: Rehabilitation for acute and chronic pain, cancer, musculoskeletal injuries, central and peripheral nervous system disorders, cognitive impairments, cardiac conditions, thoracic rehabilitation, and speech and swallowing disorders.

The instructions of online appointment
  1. Same-day clinic hours: Morning clinic from 08:30 to 10:30; Afternoon clinic from 08:30 to 15:00; Evening clinic from 08:30 to 19:00.
  2. Non-same-day clinic hours: Booking starts daily at midnight (00:00), offering 24-hour service. Appointments can be made for clinics within the next two weeks. For example, on October 1st, you can book appointments from October 1st to October 15th, until fully booked.
  3. Patients who have never visited our hospital before must make an appointment online using their "ID number". On the day of the appointment, please bring both identification documents to the Patient Service Center counter for registration.
  4. Physician's appointments: Patients recommended by a physician for follow-up visits must have their appointments made by the physician and cannot be booked online or at the counter.
Cancellation Policy
  1. Cancellations can be made online or at the counter. For morning clinic appointments, cancellations must be made no later than 09:30 on the same day. For afternoon clinic appointments, cancellations must be made no later than 14:00 on the same day. For evening clinic appointments, cancellations must be made no later than 18:30 on the same day.
  2. If a patient misses appointments twice within six months, starting from the second instance, they will be unable to book appointments online for three months and must come in person for registration.

  1. Patient Service Center Counter: Numbered tickets are available starting from 07:50.
  2. Clinic Registration Hours:
    Morning Clinic: 08:00 to 10:30
    Afternoon Clinic: 08:30 to 15:00 (synced with online registration)
    Evening Clinic: 08:30 to 19:00 (synced with online registration)

  3. Non-same-day Clinic Registration: Available Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. Appointments can be made at the counter for clinics within the next two weeks (Same as the online appointment quota).
  4. First-time patients must bring their national health insurance card and identification to the Patient Service Center counter for registration and initial consultation check-in before clinic.
    For morning clinics, check-in at the clinic must be completed by 11:00.
    For afternoon clinics, check-in at the clinic must be completed by 16:00.
    For evening clinics, check-in at the clinic must be completed by 19:00.
  5. Patient Service Center Counter Service Hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 (service temporarily suspended on holidays and public holidays).
